Damages

 

Byzantine Bee.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Return Policy

As beard oils are personal care products, opened products cannot be returned unless approved via return request. Please email us before returning any items and reference your original order number so that we can help determine and process your return as soon as possible.
